| 职位描述： | 高级 Web 应用开发工程师/ Senoir Web Developer（2 名） XINYISOFT is seeking Senior Web Developers to join a new web application team. These persons should be experienced with building rich, interactive, and scalable websites using a variety of web-based technologies. A strong candidate should be an excellent communicator and team leader with clear opinions about how to architect, build, and operate successful websites. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, document, test, and operate web-based, data driven applications Tune code and database queries for optimal performance and architect solutions for scalability. Construct markup and code using technologies like Ruby on Rails, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java & PHP Interact with Oracle and MySql databases with basic SQL code or procedures Participate in design, standards and code reviews Work on a variety of projects in an agile and adaptive team environment Design all applications and interfaces with globalization and multiple language localization in mind Perform all stated duties in the context of a heterogeneous multi-programming language open source environment Minimum Job Requirements: In order to be successful in this position, candidates must have a BS in CS or IT, or equivalent web development experience. In addition any applicant should possess at least four years of experience as a web developer or equivalent position. The successful candidate will likely meet most of the following requirements: Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills Experience developing data driven web applications in Ruby , Java, Perl or PHP or with multiple RDBMS like Oracle, MySql and Postgres Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software development principles Strong understanding of web-based architecture (web servers, load balancing, caching, databases, replication, etc.) Mastery of web technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax) Understanding of version control techniques (Subversion, CVS, etc.) Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in web application development Understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) and DOM scripting techniques Experience developing Flash/ActionScript applications Experience as a tech lead of a small team XINYISOFT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
